Book Illustrations II

This is the second project for the Hans Meid Competition: Carson McCullers' wonderful novel "The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter".

I loved reading the book and I tried to capture the loneliness of the main character Singer.

I used pencils and coloured the drawings digitally.

It was a challenge to create actual people from the characterisation in the book.
